I’m a big fan of Field Notes. Considering my collection of used and unused Field Notes notebooks, that’s a bit of an understatement. As I mentioned in my most recent post about the Loot Crate Exclusive “Classified” Edition, I’m a Field Notes user and collector. I’ll take any chance to be a Field Notes ambassador, and this is the perfect opportunity to spread some Field Notes goodness.
The Write Analog April Giveaway Prize Pack will consist of the following:
- A mixed (graph, ruled, and plain paper) three-pack of standard-issue kraft Field Notes memo books.
- A pack of the Loot Crate Exclusive “Classified” Edition Field Notes (review here), which consists of two memo books— one with graph, and the other with ruled paper
- A super-fantastic Field Notes pencil. Seriously, it’s a great pencil. I really need to do a proper review of it one of these days.
- A Field Notes Clic Pen. Yeah, it’s a ballpoint, and it doesn’t have the greatest refill, but it looks so good. It’s a wonderful classic pen body worthy of a better refill. Mary at the blog From the Pen Cup, did a nice review of this pen.
If you’re new to the Field Notes brand, this is a nice little starter set. It could also be called the opening to a giant vortex— one you’re going to be most likely sucked into where a small pocket notebook is going to have a greater effect on you than you ever thought it could.
If you’re already a Field Notes user (or fanatic), consider this an expansion set. Use the kraft set. Save the Loot Crate set. Use both. Save both. Give them away. Whatever strikes your fancy.
The Field Notes prize pack is only available to US winners, but I’ve got my international readers covered too. . . see below for details.
The next post I’ll be publishing is another fountain pen review. I’m hoping to get it posted by the middle of next week. It’s actually my second sponsored post (the first was the Nock Co. Fodderstack XL review). There has been some discussion lately in the stationery blogging community about reviews and ethics, so I’m thinking about writing a post of my views on the topic. Considering my blog has just started getting noticed enough to get contacted by companies wanting to send me stuff to review, it’s a very timely topic for me.
How To Enter To Win
Subscribe to my newsletter, and you are automatically entered in the giveaway. That’s all you have to do. All I need is a valid email (unless you win, then I’ll need your actual name and address). I have a numerical list of newsletter subscribers, and I will use the “True Random Number Generator” at Random dot org to select the winner. I will select the winner on the last day of the month and make contact via email. I will announce the winner as soon as I can make successful contact with the winner and get a post up on the site.
There is a newsletter sign up form below and on the right sidebar of the site.
Finally. . . A Great International Solution
I worked out an arrangement with JetPens, one of my favorite online retailers, to be able to provide a gift certificate worth $20 US dollars to an international winner. If a subscriber outside of the US wins the giveaway, I will email the JetPens gift certificate to the winner for their internet shopping pleasure.
JetPens is awesome. They have one of the best stationery selections on the planet, so you’ll have no problem finding something wonderful. The JetPens gift certificate is only available for international winners. . . at least that’s the way it is for now.
It’s such a simple solution, and I want to thank JetPens for working with me to ensure all of you international folks are included in the fun.
